I was the lead website designer and part of the creative team for the a rebrand of Digital Data Technologies, a company that customizes emergency dispatch software and GIS for the 911 space. The initiative started with a detailed creative brief to extract the information necessary to rebrand the company. My primary role was the website design, art director for the rebrand, and management of the account and outside developers. Prior to the website redesign, there was very little activity on their site. We encouraged the DDTi team to make the site work harder for them by using videos, testimonials, active and relevant blogging to their industry, and direct all sales back to the site. The initial results were impressive with a 356% increase in visits the first week the website went live.
