Most successful project: Nationwide Insurance Staff Sales – exhibit and interactive game
Biggest screw-up: We can talk about that at an interview
Most people managed at one time: Six
Biggest challenge as an art director: Working with a new client who does not understand the basics of branding and, does not have an adequate marketing budget.
How do I solve those challenges?: I educate. I explain what the client can do with the budget they have and what they can do with a little more.

And finally:

• No longer in my 40’s, I am a seasoned art director, designer, with the experience to manage when needed
• I don’t use words like, ‘hey dude’ or ‘brotha’  but rather “What can I do to help?”
• I respect and enjoy the ideas of my younger peers and am happy they respect mine

Oh, and I am also an:
• Artist
• Ohio maker for one of a kind artisan jewelry… in my spare time
