This website interactive game was designed to give employees a fun way to engage and learn about the Four Pillars of Change. The game was a part of the Four Pillars of Change initiative. Employees received a weekly email with a link to the game. The game would ask questions about the changes to come for this particular group at Nationwide. If they got the answers right, they would be entered into a weekly drawing for gifts. This initiative engaged the employees in a fun and exciting way and at the same time, taught them about the new changes within their group.
