I was the creative lead for the team that designed an employee engagement program, Four Pillars of Change, which included three “interactive” exhibits and an online interactive game. The large display was centered in the main Nationwide Insurance headquarters and the two smaller exhibits were displayed at other Nationwide buildings. Employees would match their given magnets to the areas on the display where their talents aligned. I was also responsible for the design of the interactive game website and managing the development team that did the back-end work. For the interactive game, an e-mail was sent to the employees affected by the changes to come, with a link to play the game. (The game is described in more detail in the next photo)
